We are based in and ship from Meanjin/Brisbane.

Production & Processing Time:

As most pieces are made to order, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be ready for shipping.

We do try to keep a few of each design in stock, so if you’re looking for a last-minute gift, please get in touch before placing your order.


Standard Shipping:

We offer Free shipping on orders over $150, or a flat rate of $7 for orders under $150.
All shipping includes tracking.

Delivery Time: usually 2-6 business days

Express Shipping:

We offer express shipping Australia-wide for $10.

Delivery Time: usually 1-2 business days

Please note that this option does not expedite production time.

International

Duties,& Taxes:

Your country may charge duties or taxes on items shipped from Australia. The receiver is responsible for all duties, taxes, or other import fees to be paid.

Delivery times are an estimate only, calculated from when your order ships, and do not include production time.

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Shipping Policies

Production Time

Most items are made to order. The production time is listed on each item, however, we do try to keep a small amount of stock made and ready to ship.

If you’re in a rush, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.


Tracking

All orders come with tracking and you will have the option to add ‘Signature on Delivery’ at checkout. If you select the Signature option, someone will need to be home to sign for it. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Contact Details & Address

Please double-check your contact details and shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the shipping address provided and do not take responsibility for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information being provided. Please also ensure your email address is correct, this is where we will send your receipt/invoice, shipping updates, and how we will contact you if we need to get in touch in regards to your order. We will never send you spam.


Missing & Later Orders

If it has been two weeks since your order was shipped and it still has not arrived, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can chase it up.

Please note that if you are not home, the parcel may be left if the deliverer has deemed it safe to do so. If there is a safe place you would like your parcel left, please leave a note at checkout when you place your order. If you will not be home when your order is delivered, we recommend purchasing the ‘Signature On Delivery’ shipping upgrade or having it delivered to a parcel locker or Po Box in case of theft. We are not responsible for missing orders that have been delivered safely according to tracking. Australia Post does not cover any loss or damage that occurs once the parcel has been safely delivered. We are only able to refund missing or damaged items if the loss or damage is covered by the shipping provider, which is usually Australia Post.
