Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please get in touch with any concerns, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Change of Mind
& Order Cancellation:
Please choose carefully as we are a small business and do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. However, we want you to love your new piece, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch, and we will try to find a solution.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, you may do so provided we have not already:
Shipped your order
or made the jewellery in your order
or purchased materials or supplies specifically to make the pieces in your order
Please contact us ASAP with your order number if you would like to request the cancellation and refund of your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Damage in Transit:
If there are missing items or damage that may have occurred during transit, it is crucial that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos so that we can initiate an investigation with the shipping company.
Faulty Product:
If the damage or fault did not occur during transit, please contact us as soon as you can so we can find a solution.
Please email info@tiinyworlds.com.au providing as much information and relevant photos as you can.
Please note that an item is only considered faulty if it breaks or becomes unusable under normal wear and conditions. Each order comes with a care card with information on how to look after your jewellery. For more information, click here for the Jewellery Care page.
Exchanges & Refunds:
Damaged in Transit
If your item was damaged during transit and is covered by the shipping company’s insurance, once they have processed and approved the claim, we will notify you. You may choose between a refund of the amount paid back to your original payment method, or for us to send you a replacement product. If a replacement product is not available, we may only offer a refund.
Other Returns
Returns for non-faulty and non-damaged items will usually be issued as store credit. In this case, you will receive an email with a discount code or gift voucher code to use during checkout. The value will be the amount paid for the item minus any shipping fees, and it will have a 12-month expiry date.
Rings - Wrong Size
If you purchase a ring and select the wrong size, we may offer you an exchange, provided the ring is not a custom design, custom size, gold or custom metal, or a discontinued product. You will be required to pay the shipping fee to return the item to us, as well as the shipping fee for us to send out the new ring.
Once we have received the returned ring, we will issue an invoice for the shipping to be paid for the new ring to be sent. Once payment has been received, we will make and ship your new ring within our usual production and shipping timeframe.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
How To Return:
Please do NOT return any items without contacting us first. Please follow these steps:
Email us at info@tiinyworlds.com.au or simply reply to your order confirmation email and tell us why you are requesting a return, exchange, or refund. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos.
If you have been approved for a return, you will receive instructions via email on how to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, it must be unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Shipping: For items that are not faulty, you will be required to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service with insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item and we do not take responsibility for any returned items lost in transit.Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and make sure it meets our returns criteria. Approved items will then be processed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation.
Refunds: If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.Store credit: If you are approved for store credit, you will receive a discount code or gift voucher for the value paid for the item (excluding any shipping fees you paid). The credit will have a 12-month expiry date. If you have any issues using the code, please get in touch.
